YIN 

Suitable for intermediate & advanced yogis

Settle into slow-paced, meditative poses held for extended periods, allowing for a contemplative & introspective experience.  Target deeper connective tissues in the body rather than the muscles.  Expect deep stretching & relaxation, improve flexibility, increase circulation & experience a sense of calm & balance.   

VINYASA

Suitable for intermediate yogis

Perfect for the experienced yogi looking for a meaningful mind-body experience.  The focus is on alignment & breath, with emphasis on proper technique to help you refine your form.  From this class you can expect a challenging yet playful sequence that synchronizes body & breath.

RESTORATIVE

Suitable for all levels

As the name suggests, Restorative Yoga allows you to restore & recover, physically & mentally. Poses are held for long periods of time with the aid of props to support you.  Whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, unwind & reduce stress with this passive form of yoga.   

PRANAYAMA &
MEDITATION

Suitable for intermediate & advanced yogis

Through pranayama techniques, learn to regulate your breath to enhance vitality & mental clarity. Then, delve into meditation to cultivate awareness & inner peace, reducing stress & promoting overall well-being.
