Great pride is taken in providing a high quality product that enhances your yoga practice. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 14 days of date of purchase. Send it back unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you recieved it.  Once the block is received and inspected, you will be offered a full refund.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.  

In the rare event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the product.  Arrangements will be made to redeliver a new one at no cost.

Your items will be couriered to you within 2-5 working days of placing your order.  To track your order, please use the tracking reference number you will be provided. Any queries regarding your delivery are to be directed to the service provider. 

Keep your yoga block in optimal condition by following these simple care instructions:  Clean the block by wiping  with a soft, damp cloth and allowing it to air dry completely before storing it.  Keep your block out of direct sunlight.
